Life After Summer Camp

The best week of summer continues! We've gathered some resources to help you continue a life that is Christ-centered, relationally focused, and incredibly fun. Our desire is that campers and staff continue to grow long after their camp week is over and that parents have resources to support their spiritual growth. Check out the resources below and connect with us if we can help more!

Summer Theme 2026:
Forever Changed

Our theme, “Forever Changed,” is rooted in 2 Corinthians 5:17–20, which reminds us that anyone in Christ is made completely new—the old is gone and a new life has begun. This transformation isn’t something we earn, but a gift from God, made possible through Jesus, who restores our relationship with Him. Because of this incredible change, we don’t just live differently—we are given a new purpose as Christ’s ambassadors, called to share His message of reconciliation with others. “Forever Changed” is about embracing this new identity, understanding the depth of God’s love, and living in a way that reflects the life we’ve been given in Him.

Monday
A New Creation - (vs. 17) - "This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!"
Tuesday
From God - (vs. 18) - "And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him."
Wednesday
Through Jesus - (vs. 19 & 21) "For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation." "For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin,[a] so that we could be made right with God through Christ."
Thursday
Christ's Ambassadors - (vs. 20) "So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!”"

Local Churches

Yes, camp is over, but your Camp Carl experience can continue to produce good things in your life long after your visit. Relational and spiritual growth happens best in community with others!

To continue to grow in your faith, read the Bible and ask God to transform your life, and get connected and involved in a Bible-teaching local church if you aren't already. Camp Carl has the joy of interacting with many excellent area churches. If we can help you find a church family, please let us know! Here are a few links to great local churches.

Fall Camp Events

Camp happens all year round! Our programmed events are intentional to combine faith and fun— we prioritize FUN activities in order to connect with God in purposeful conversations and enriching learning environments. Check out the upcoming opportunities to enjoy Camp Carl!
